I’m so sorry for that loss! Losing friendships is a grief that’ll never feel easy to move on from. I feel like this pandemic has contained SO much loss in terms of the real stop ship that build us and those that make life a bit unbearable. Congratulations on ending a friendship that no longer served you in a healthy way. It makes grief complex but I’m proud of you! If you’re interested I hold a monthly informal support group and we speak about the ways we hold each other through these various losses.
